Global Head of Client Content Center
The Global Head of Client Content Centre at Vontobel is a strategic leadership role in which the incumbent shapes the future of client-centric business and integrates key functions such as RFPs, client portfolio management, and marketing. The incumbent leads a team of approximately 40 professionals and is responsible for bringing client engagement materials and processes to the highest level.

Tasks
- Strategic management of client-facing business, integration of key functions such as RFPs, client portfolio management, consultant relations, and marketing
- Leading a team of approximately 40 specialists
- Transformation of client engagement functions in the newly established 'Client Content Center'
- Ensuring an innovative and client-centered engagement and activation strategy
- Monitoring RFP management and responses, ensuring continuous improvement
- Application of new technologies, including AI, to increase efficiency and improve processes
- Presentation of a credible, forward-looking vision for the function
Requirements
- Relevant experience: Strategic and tactical thinker with a commercial approach, international focus, and proven track record of delivering client-centric results.
- Technical expertise: Financial knowledge of various asset classes, ability to use the time of investment professionals effectively and apply new technologies
- Leadership skills and change management: Proven ability to inspire and retain talent, lead by example, and drive transformation in a matrix-like structure
- Communication and presentation: Inspires confidence, presents with credibility
candidate profile
- 12+ years of experience in institutional asset management, at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in leading multifunctional teams (RFP, marketing, client portfolio management, consultant relations)
- Deep understanding of investment products (stocks, bonds, alternatives, multi-asset)
- Strong network and credibility among institutional investors and advisors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA designation preferred
