We are looking for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Global HR Administrator (m/f/d) in Lisbon to make our HR matters run smoothly. Do you have a passion for supporting employees, enjoy working in an international environment and thrive on a daily challenge?

Tasks

  • Manage HR administration at our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files and reference letters
  • Maintenance and updating of our HR information system
  • Supporting employees and line managers in personnel-related matters
  • Support in the administration of wages and benefits worldwide
  • Assisting with recruitment, including job advertisements, interview appointments and background checks
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly HR reports

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR department of an international company
  • Openness, self-confidence and courage in overcoming challenges
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent work style
  • Team player mindset with a great sense of humor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage
