**GLOBAL HR ADMINISTRATOR**

Leonteq is looking for a Global HR Administrator (m/f/d) in Lisbon to support the HR administration for the global site and assist the HR department with various tasks. The position includes, among other things, the administration of HR documents, maintenance of the HR information system and support in recruitment.

Global HR Administrator

Location: Lisbon Area: Human Resources Working hours: 80-100%

Tasks

  • Manage HR administration across our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files and reference letters
  • Maintenance and updating of our HR information system
  • Supporting employees and line managers in HR-related matters
  • Support in the administration of wages and benefits worldwide
  • Assisting with recruitment, including job advertisements, interview appointments and background checks
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly HR reports

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR department of an international company
  • Openness, self-confidence and courage in overcoming challenges
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent work style
  • Team player mindset with a great sense of humor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
