GLOBAL HR ADMINISTRATOR

Leonteq is looking for a Global HR Administrator (m/f/d) in Lisbon to support the HR administration for the global site and assist the HR department with various tasks. The position includes, among other things, the administration of HR documents, maintenance of the HR information system and support in recruitment.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Global HR Administrator based in Lisbon to make our HR operations run smoothly. Do you have a passion for supporting employees, enjoy working in an international environment and thrive when every day brings something new?

What you will do

  • Manage HR administration across our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files and reference letters
  • Maintain and update our HR information system
  • Support employees and line managers in HR-related matters
  • Support global payroll and benefits administration
  • Support the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling and background checks
  • Create weekly and monthly HR reports

What you need

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR department of an international company
  • Openness, self-confidence and courage in overcoming challenges
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent work style
  • A team player mindset with a great sense of humor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage
