Global HR Administrator
Lisbon, Human Resources, 80-100%Tasks
- Manage HR administration across our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files and reference letters
- Maintenance and updating of our HR information system
- Supporting employees and line managers in HR-related matters
- Support for payroll and benefits administration worldwide
- Assisting with recruitment, including job advertisements, interview appointments and background checks
- Preparation of weekly and monthly HR reports
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR department of an international company
- Openness, self-confidence and courage in overcoming challenges
- Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent work style
- Team player mindset with a great sense of humor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage
