About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, well-organized, and detail-oriented Global HR Services Specialist to ensure our HR processes run smoothly. Do you have a passion for supporting employees, enjoy working in an international environment, and excel at adapting to new challenges?

Tasks

* Managing HR administration at our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files, and employment references * Maintaining and updating our HR information system * Assisting employees and managers with HR-related matters * Supporting global payroll and benefits administration * Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks * Preparing weekly and monthly HR reports

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in the HR department of an international company * Openness, self-confidence, and courage in tackling challenges * Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent work style * Team-oriented attitude with a great sense of humor * Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially * Fluent in English; any additional languages are a plus
