Tasks

  • Management of HR administration at our global locations, including onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee files, and employment references
  • Maintenance and updating of our HR information system
  • Supporting employees and department heads with HR-related matters
  • Support for the administration of salaries and benefits worldwide
  • Support throughout the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and background checks
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly HR reports

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the HR department of an international company
  • Openness, self-confidence and courage in overcoming challenges
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and independent work style
  • A team-oriented attitude with a great sense of humor
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of any other languages is a plus
