• Salary range: €41,000 to €75,000 gross per year (including compensation for 20 hours of overtime per month)

Tasks

• Preparing comprehensive responses to customer inquiries for RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for the Asset Management department.
• Collaborate with sales teams, relationship managers, the legal department, and compliance experts to develop effective communications for potential and existing customers.
• Supporting sales and relationship managers in maintaining and expanding customer relationships by creating customized, professional responses to inquiries.
• Maintain and improve the response database to ensure consistency, timely delivery, and high-quality responses.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects while adhering to strict client deadlines and company standards.
• Ensuring that all responses accurately reflect the company's investment strategies, expertise, and capabilities.
• Seamless collaboration across global regions and time zones to support the on-time delivery of results.

• Additional Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector, asset management, corporate communications, or related consulting fields. Experience with client-focused offerings is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services (e.g., stocks, bonds, hedge funds, alternative investments) would be an asset.
  • Experience working with global teams in different time zones.
