Governance Officer (VIE) M/F

The Governance Officer (VIE) assists in organizing meetings of the governing bodies and is responsible for drafting minutes and managing documents. The position requires a master’s degree in law and, ideally, some initial professional experience in the field of corporate law.

missions

  • Assistance with organizing meetings of governing bodies (governance)
  • Assistance with the preparation of minutes for governing bodies (governance)
  • Monitoring of decisions made by governing bodies (governance)
  • Preparation of governance documents and designation of governing bodies
  • Provide support for internal and external inquiries related to the management company's corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Ensure that information on government platforms (RCS, RBE, etc.) is kept up to date
  • Updating the minutes of governance bodies using the MyCorpus tool
  • Availability of meeting minutes
  • Monitoring regulatory developments related to the governance and corporate affairs of management companies

Requirements

  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (first year)
  • Education / Specialization: Master’s degree (Level 1 or Level 2) with a specialization in corporate law, business law, or commercial law
  • Minimum experience level: 0–2 years
  • Experience: Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in the field of corporate law, business law, or company law

Compétences recherchées

  • A sense of autonomy and sound judgment in the performance of your duties
  • Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Languages: French, English
