Governance Officer (VIE) M/F
The Governance Officer (VIE) assists the team in organizing meetings and managing documents related to corporate management and governance. The position requires a master’s degree in law and, ideally, some initial experience in corporate law.

Within our management department, your main responsibilities will be as follows:- Assistance with organizing meetings of governing bodies (governance)
- Assistance with the preparation of minutes for governing bodies (governance)
- Monitoring of decisions made by governing bodies (governance)
- Preparation of governance documents and establishment of governing bodies
- Provide support for internal and external inquiries related to the management company's corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Ensure that information on government platforms (RCS, RBE, etc.) is kept up to date
- Updating the management company's property title records using the MyCorpus tool
- Establishment of the various regulatory frameworks related to the governance and corporate affairs of management companies
- Monitoring regulatory developments related to the governance and corporate affairs of management companies
Profile Recherché
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (4 years) / Master's degree (1st year)
- Education / Specialization: Master’s degree (Level 1 or 2) with a specialization in corporate law, business law, or commercial law
- Minimum experience level: 0–2 years
- Experience: Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in the field of corporate law, business law, or company law
Skills and Tools
- You demonstrate good judgment, independence, and discernment in the performance of your duties
- Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Languages: French, English
