Missions
- Integration into the Governance Secretariat department with four employees under the responsibility of the bank's Secretary General
- Participation in departmental tasks and handling of cross-departmental issues within the team
- Responsibility for:
- Directives and procedures:
- Publication and monitoring of internal directives and procedures via Foïdil
- Management of contractual documentation
- Updating and publishing contractual documentation for customers in Luxembourg and all branches
- Management of group companies and investments:
- Administration of group companies and shareholdings
- Support in monitoring the necessary documentation for boards of directors (CA) and general meetings (AG) of real estate companies and group investments
- Relationships with shareholders and control
- Compilation and dispatch of dossiers for brokers, insurance brokers, and insurers after fulfilling the requirements of the competent authorities and regulatory bodies (ACPR) in cooperation with other departments

Criteria for candidates
- At least Bac + 2, ideally in law, finance, management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience
- 1 to 3 years of initial professional experience, ideally in a bank or financial institution
Wanted skills
- Desire to learn new computer-related skills
- Organization and ability to meet deadlines
- Social skills and openness to teamwork
- Be careful when reading and editing internal documents
- Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish is an additional advantage.

Languages
