Tasks

• Identification and Assessment of Risks to the Organization
• Development and Implementation of Risk Mitigation Strategies
• Monitoring Compliance with Internal and External Regulations
• Reporting on Risk and Compliance Issues to Management
• Implementing and ensuring an effective, comprehensive risk management framework
• Advising the Executive Team on Risk and Compliance
• Development and maintenance of risk registers and compliance tracking systems
• Provision of training and awareness programs on risk and compliance
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management
• Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) framework
• Coordinating efforts across various departments and business units
• Ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices
• Promoting communication and collaboration among stakeholders
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
