We are looking for a GPS Associate Application Support Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This position is part of our GPS Associate Program, a structured two-year development program for ambitious early-career professionals who want to build a career in technology within private banking.

Tasks

As a GPS Associate Application Support Analyst, you will:

• Provide day-to-day application support for key business systems in trading and wealth management, with a focus on delivering best-in-class support to our front-office users
• Help investigate and document the causes of common problems to accelerate future solutions
• Communicate clearly with users during incidents, keep them informed, and manage expectations
• Work effectively within local and global teams, collaborate closely with them, and adhere to global IT support processes and service excellence standards
• Contribute to the team's efforts to reduce manual and repetitive tasks by identifying opportunities to automate routine support workflows

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A solid understanding of development life cycles, such as Agile methodology
• Strong knowledge of database design, with the ability to write scripts and complex SQL queries
• Experience with technologies used in a typical client-server architecture, such as Java, Unix/Linux, and web services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in client support
• A systematic, precise, and resilient work style—able to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
