Job description
The position of GPS Associate Business Management is part of the Business Management team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of a business unit, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring the implementation of the business unit’s strategy.Tasks
The tasks include:- Management of the operational and administrative aspects of a business unit
- Management of cross-functional projects

The GPS Associate Program
The GPS Associate Program is a structured, two-year development program for ambitious young professionals who wish to build a career in private banking. The program includes:- Rotation exercises in 2–3 teams within GPS
- Intensive training and mentorship

Requirements
The requirements include:- 2–4 years of professional experience (including relevant internships)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field
- Strong business acumen, a keen sense of business, and a broad understanding of financial markets
