The GPS Associate Business Management position is part of the Business Management team in Singapore. The successful candidate will participate in a dynamic 18- to 24-month program that includes rotations through various teams, intensive training, and mentorship.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Management of the operational and administrative aspects of a business unit
  • Management of planned tasks and implementation of the business unit's strategy
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordination of events and management of business-specific processes

Requirements

The requirements include:
  • 2–4 years of professional experience (including relevant internships)
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen, a solid understanding of business, and a broad understanding of financial markets
