GPS Associate in Business Management

About the job

The GPS Associate Business Management position is part of the GPS Associate Program, a structured, two-year development program for ambitious early-career professionals who wish to build a career in private banking. The successful candidate will join the Business Management team in Singapore and participate in a dynamic 18- to 24-month program that combines rotations through various teams, intensive training, and mentorship with challenging projects and responsibilities.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Support in managing the operational and administrative aspects of a business unit
• Management of cross-functional projects and implementation of the business unit strategy
• Preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, and managing business-specific processes
• Support for client management (internal and external)
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support for the development and maintenance of cost governance frameworks
• Compliance with all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards

Requirements

The requirements include:

• 2–4 years of professional experience (including relevant internships)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Strong commercial judgment, business acumen, and a broad understanding of financial markets and products
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and requirements
• Understanding of cross-border rules and regulations
