GPS Associate: Financial Editor (English)

Tasks

As a Financial Editor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Editing and proofreading our English-language financial and investment publications
• Ensure that our publications are prepared in accordance with our guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements
• Handling various tasks in the publishing process, including layout and distribution
• Planning and coordinating publishing projects with internal and external partners, including authors, translators, printers, and IT staff

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• A native English speaker who is passionate about the correct use of the language and well-aware of its pitfalls and nuances
• Experience working with texts in a professional setting
• University degree with a focus on languages
• Broad general and cultural knowledge
• Great attention to detail
• Team player
• A highly proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work on publications with tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with and interest in the economy and financial markets, as well as a willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge to confidently edit our publications
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Experience with content management systems is an advantage
