As a GPS Associate Investment Advisor at Julius Baer, you will have the opportunity to launch your career in the private banking industry and join the Global Products and Solutions team. You will contribute directly to the investment team, support client coverage and portfolio structuring tasks, and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Tasks

As a GPS Associate Investment Advisor, you will:

• Prepare investment proposals for clients and develop customized portfolio and investment recommendations
• Support client and prospect presentations (e.g., presentations, market insights, investment ideas)
• Develop and evaluate investment strategies that align with clients’ goals, needs, and risk profiles
• Work with specialists from various asset classes and product areas
• Assist senior investment advisors (e.g., trade entry, account balance, etc.)

Requirements

For this position, you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in banking, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships)
• Entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking the initiative
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to process complex information quickly
• Understanding of and hands-on experience with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, and data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
