GPS Associate Program: Direct Private Investments Analyst

Tasks

• Contribution to Strengthening Team Assets for Funding a Collaborative Work Arrangement
• Fostering relationships with regional and local asset providers
• Actively building meaningful relationships with global and regional ecosystems in various countries where the bank operates
• Overseeing the implementation of assets and processes by partner teams for transactions and deals in Hong Kong and Japan
• Ensure accurate documentation of assets, partners, internal processes, and external matters across all investment vehicles and internal positions and procedures, while ensuring that GPS operates effectively and professionally
• Supporting the team in coordinating and executing deals across investments and capital-raising transactions
• Maintenance of appropriate records to meet compliance, securities, and futures regulatory requirements for managed investments
• Tracking of secondary and withdrawal sales; follow-up with Internal Audit
• Development of targeted branding, relationship-building tools, optimal layouts, and project updates
• Contribution to transaction and post-close monitoring: Documentation, upgrading, and organization of loans, management and operations teams, and related areas
• Informing the Senior Management Team
• Efficient coordination of client/partner meetings and review/discussion
• Supporting the team in managing portfolio companies and IPO initiatives
• Tracking internal initiatives, monitoring the progress of IPO roadmaps, and conducting ongoing regulatory analyses to support the management of risks associated with potential acquisitions
• Maintaining important relationships with customers and counterparties
• Monitoring the Senior Management Team's Operations and Initiatives
• Review of documentation packages and provision of analyses
• Support for M&A and IPOs in the European sector
• Conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities
• Conducting market and valuation analyses, as well as pre-IPO analyses
• Development and Coordination of Internal and External Investor Relations
• Support for commercial due diligence with potential clients
• Preparing Investment Pitch Decks
• Maintenance of transactional and structural analyses of portfolio companies
• Provision of portfolio data updates and performance monitoring
• Support for reporting to the Board of Directors and LPAC
• Coordination of Asset/Deal Documentation
• Conducting portfolio updates and status reports
• Support for Regulatory Filings and Governance
• Support for interaction with third- and fourth-party investors and analysts
• Contribution to the bank's institutional development and business objectives
