GPS Associate Program: Investment Advisor Switzerland, Lugano, 100% (f/m/d)Tasks
- During the program, you will rotate through 2-3 teams within GPS, gaining broad exposure to different asset classes, portfolio construction approaches, and investment strategies.
- You will work with experienced experts to:
- Prepare customer investment proposals and adjust portfolio and investment recommendations.
- Support customer and prospect presentations (e.g., presentation materials, investment insights, market opportunities)
- Developing and evaluating innovative investment ideas that are tailored to clients' investment objectives, needs, and risk profiles.
- Assist in preparing regular portfolio reviews and analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field,
- CFA charterholder (or equivalent) or enrollment in one of the CFA exams is an advantage.
- Native Italian speaker, fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage,
- 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships),
- Proven entrepreneurial spirit—proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative,
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to process complex information.
