About the job

As part of the Strategy and Business Development team in Zurich, you will embark on a dynamic 18-24 month journey of innovation and development of tailor-made consulting services.

Your tasks

Your challenge is to:
  • Supporting the development and delivery of high-quality strategy papers, market analyses, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders in the GPS sector
  • Synthesize complex data sets and qualitative insights into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations
  • Actively contribute to strategic initiatives, including organizational transformations, business expansion plans, and operational improvements
  • Independently owning and driving smaller strategic projects from conception to execution, demonstrating responsibility and problem-solving ambitions
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and build consensus on strategic proposals

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably with markets, trading experience (including internships)
  • Appealing personality with the ability and potential to interact confidently with stakeholders
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to process complex information quickly
