GPS Associate: Wealth Planning Associate Switzerland, Zurich, 100% (F/M/D)

Tasks

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage calendars, organize travel, facilitate meetings and events, and screen phone calls, email inquiries, and mail.
• Create client meeting decks that are well-developed, fact-based, engaging, and tailored to the needs of clients.
• Conduct research on client cases and relevant topics within WP and provide valuable insights for the team.
• Ensure that complex client files are properly managed and profiles are up to date.
• Collect and compile data from multiple sources, create reports, and ensure that they are complete within deadlines.
• Participate in client/prospect meetings as necessary to support wealth planners in serving JB Group private clients, including participation in the overall case management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, business administration, economics, finance, law, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in relevant fields (e.g., consulting,
• Systematic, precise, and resilient work style—able to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint as well as related MS Office tools
• Ability to work independently with positive interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English – Portuguese and/or Spanish are an advantage
• For this role in Zurich (CH), authorization to work in the country of application for the entire duration of the program is required.
