GPS Associate: Wealth Planning Europe

The GPS Associate supports the Wealth Planning Europe team in Zurich. As part of the Global Products & Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with experienced relationship managers.

Tasks

• Preparation of client meeting decks that are well developed, fact-based, appealing, and tailored to the needs of clients
• Research client cases and relevant topics in the area of wealth planning to provide valuable insights for the team
• Ensuring that complex cases are properly managed and profiles are up to date
• Collecting and compiling data from various sources, creating reports, ensuring completeness within deadlines
• Participation in client/prospect meetings, as necessary, to support wealth planners in serving JB Group private clients, including involvement in the overall case management process
• Acting as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, managing calendars, organizing travel, facilitating meetings and events, and screening phone calls, email inquiries, and mail

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, business administration, economics, finance, law, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in relevant fields (e.g., consulting, trust company, law firm, private bank, tax advisor) are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint as well as related MS Office tools
• Ability to work independently, with positive interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English – any other European language is an advantage
• For this role in Zurich (CH), authorization to work in the country of application for the entire duration of the program is required.
