GPS Associate: Wealth Planning Europe

Tasks

• Preparing presentation materials for client meetings to ensure they are well developed, fact-based, engaging, and tailored to client needs
• Researching client cases and relevant topics in the area of wealth planning to provide valuable insights for the team
• Ensuring that complex customer cases are managed properly and profiles are up to date
• Collecting and compiling data from various sources, creating reports, ensuring completeness within deadlines
• Participation in client or prospect meetings, as necessary, to support Wealth Planners in serving JB Group private clients, including involvement in the overall client management process
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing calendars, organizing travel, conducting meetings and events, and handling phone calls, email inquiries, and mail

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in banking, business administration, economics, finance, law, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in relevant fields (e.g., consulting, trust company, law firm, private bank, and/or tax consulting) are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint as well as related MS Office tools
• Ability to work independently, with positive interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English – any other European language is an advantage
• For this role in Zurich (CH), authorization to work in the country of application for the entire duration of the program is required.
