Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a business analysis or equivalent role, with banking experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms, including platform requirements, workflow design, and their use in the front office or client coverage team
• Knowledge of structured products and trading workflows is an advantage.
