The position involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance business performance. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to:

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a business analysis or equivalent role, with banking experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, including platform requirements, workflow design, and usage within front office or client coverage teams
• Knowledge of structured products and trading workflows is an advantage.
