GPS Platform Transformation is seeking an experienced business analyst with strong knowledge of client relationship management (CRM). The position focuses on translating business requirements into practical technology solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions in the sales and trading environment.

Tasks

The main tasks include:
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Review existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and propose practical, measurable improvements.
  • Translation of business requirements into clear deliverables such as business requirement documents, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and decision logs
  • Documentation of end-to-end user journeys, supporting architecture, product owners, and software development teams
  • Maintaining transparency of requirements, managing controlled change processes, and ensuring alignment from discovery to delivery

CRM & Sales Applications

The position also includes:
  • Creation of end-to-end solution documents, implementation blueprints, and documentation
  • Working with architects and specialists to define strategic and scalable solutions
  • Improving the accuracy, consistency, and visibility of customer and relationship information across sales processes

Requirements

The position requires:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field
  • Clear communication with stakeholders, technology teams, and control functions
  • Influencing decisions without formal authority and navigating complex organizations and decision-making paths
  • Exercise sound judgment in a controlled environment; address risks and issues early and appropriately
  • Effective collaboration across functions, cultures, and distributed teams
  • 7+ years of experience in a business analysis or equivalent role; banking experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, including platform requirements, workflow design, and usage within front office or client coverage teams
