GPS Strategy & Business Development Project Leader

The role of GPS Strategy & Business Development Project Leader involves responsibility for shaping and implementing the global strategic agenda for GPS. This includes steering strategic growth initiatives that align with the bank’s overall strategy, as well as ensuring a strong focus on the regions and customer needs.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Managing global strategic growth initiatives that align with the Group’s overall strategic priorities
- Partnering with GPS business owners to identify and foster new business opportunities and partnerships
- Support for all G&S teams in project and change management activities
- Close collaboration with Group Strategy and Group Finance to support the implementation of strategic initiatives
Business Responsibility
Business responsibilities include:- Defining and managing the team's objectives in consultation with the Head of GPS Strategy & Business Development (Switzerland and Europe)
- The synthesis of complex datasets and qualitative insights into clear, precise, and visually appealing presentations
- Support in the development and delivery of high-quality strategy papers, market analyses, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders within GPS
Regulatory responsibility and risk management
Regulatory responsibilities include:- Compliance with all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards and requirements
- Compliance with the standards and expectations set forth in the relevant user manuals and guidelines
