Job description
The role of GPS Strategy & Business Development Project Leader involves responsibility for shaping and implementing the global strategic agenda for GPS. This includes steering strategic growth initiatives, aligning them with the company’s overall strategy, ensuring strong alignment across regions, and addressing customer needs.Tasks
The tasks include:- Client management (internal and external)
- Leading global strategic growth initiatives that align with the company’s overall strategic priorities
- Collaborating with GPS business owners to identify new business opportunities and partnerships and develop growth plans
- Support for all GPS teams in project and change management activities
- Collaborate with Group Strategy and Group Finance to support the implementation of strategic initiatives
Business Responsibility
Business responsibilities include:- Defining and managing the team’s goals and objectives in consultation with the Head of GPS Strategy and Business Development (Switzerland and Europe)
- Creating presentations that present complex data sets and qualitative insights in a clear and engaging manner
- Assistance in preparing strategy papers, market analyses, and recommendations for senior managers at GPS
- Support in the development and implementation of strategic partnerships and joint ventures
Regulatory responsibility and risk management
