GRADUATE END-USER SERVICES
As a graduate on the End User Services team at Leonteq in Lisbon, you will be responsible for IT support, hardware and software configuration, and employee onboarding processes. Upon successful completion of the 12-month graduate program, you will have the opportunity to take on a permanent, full-time position at the Swiss fintech company.

What You'll Do
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace issues.
- Prepare, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new and existing employees.
- Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and collaboration tools.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees by ensuring timely IT equipment support and access provisioning.
- Assist with end-user application-related setup and configuration issues. Serve as a liaison between other IT Operations or IT Development teams regarding application provisioning, networking/infrastructure, workspace management, and access requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user documentation.
What You Need
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A good understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and workplace technologies.
- Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and best practices for user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- A strong desire to learn and develop technical expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Business English
Nice to Have
- Relevant internship or prior experience in IT support or end-user services.
- Additional languages (Portuguese, German, French, or Italian).
