Job description: Graduate in Digital Client Support

About the role

As part of our Digital Client Services team, you will work with passionate colleagues to shape the future of our digital client experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of LYNQ5, our state-of-the-art digital platform for structured products.

What you will do

• Supporting the Digital Offering and Sales teams in the digitalization of existing and potential customers.
• Support the digital customer base in the creation and management of the portfolio of structured products (upload of external products, management of authorizations, etc.).
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of digital platforms in collaboration with IT, with a focus on tools that support customer and sales activities.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve operational issues and contribute to initiatives that increase automation and efficiency.

What you need

• Master's degree in banking, finance or a related field.
• Proven familiarity with structured products and financial instruments.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Python acquired through academic projects, internships or self-study.
• Genuine interest in digital platforms and a proactive attitude to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.

Nice to Have

• Any previous experience with digital platforms or customer-facing tools in the financial services industry.
• Understanding of structured product lifecycles and operational workflows - training provided.
• Interest or involvement in process improvement, automation or platform improvement projects.
