Tasks

• Assistance in drafting legal documents/templates for structured financial products across all asset classes (e.g., final terms/price supplements)
• Support for maintaining multiple base prospectuses
• Review of legal documents for structured financial products in accordance with internal and external guidelines
• Participation in (regulatory) projects and initiatives
• Support with the automation of processes and regulatory documents
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders (law firms, regulatory authorities, and stock exchanges) regarding legal documentation and related processes
• Assistance in responding to regulatory inquiries and questions regarding structured financial products in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (such as Product Management, Middle Office, and Trading)
• Support with the documentation, issuance, and listing of structured products, as well as with regulatory and legal implementation issues

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law or finance/economics with a strong interest in law and regulation
• Experience in the financial sector (entry-level)
• Strong interest in complex and emerging legal and regulatory issues
• Willingness to expand knowledge of structured products
• A detail-oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage one's own goals and set priorities
• Fluent Business English
