In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes and third-party risk management. You will tackle a variety of topics, including procurement, supplier risk assessment, and the use of automation tools to improve efficiency. You will support experienced team members in identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with external suppliers and vendors, while ensuring that procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and well-structured.What you will do
- Supporting the procurement team with supplier onboarding, supplier management, and day-to-day operations.
- Support for contract-related activities, including documentation, review, and preparation for supplier meetings.
- Ensuring that third parties comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Contribution to reporting, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
- Support for process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and simple automation projects in collaboration with IT.
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders and support for ongoing projects and operational matters.
What you need
- A recent degree in business administration, supply chain management, risk management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in procurement, finance, and/or risk management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
- A willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Business English.

- Practical experience or internships in procurement or risk management.
