**Graduate IT Trading Support**

About the role

As a member of the IT Trading and Market Data Support team, you will use your technical knowledge to keep our trading systems running smoothly and leverage your interest in financial markets to help our traders overcome roadblocks in their daily trading activities. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative trading environment.

Your tasks

• Supporting dealers in their daily market activities
• You will receive ongoing training from experts on our software stack.
• Active role in testing bug fixes and new features to support our evolving technology roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• Fluency in English
• Motivation to work in the IT finance industry (front office applications)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Fast learner
• Interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have

• Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., stocks, options, futures, order passing, stock exchanges, banks, settlement)
• Programming experience (Java, Python, SQL, XML)
• Basic knowledge of the FIX protocol
• Basic Linux experience
