GRADUATE PROGRAM IN RETAIL FLOW TRADING (12 MONTHS)

ABOUT THE ROLE

• This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic trading team, based at our headquarters in Zurich.
• In this role, you will play a key role in issuing a range of structured investment product asset classes on a state-of-the-art platform.
• You will work across the entire value chain, covering end-to-end areas such as product lifecycle management, process optimization, and risk mitigation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor and manage risks arising from the issuance and trading of structured products
• Review trade bookings across trading systems and risk-taking processes
• Contribute to the development of trading infrastructure, enhancing automation and scalability in daily operations
• Develop proficiency in financial markets and structured product offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments and affiliates
• Carry out key operational tasks to support the desk
• Ensure that order entry and execution are covered
• Support senior traders in their daily activities
• Work closely with colleagues in trading to share insights on risk, processes, workflows, and strategies

WHAT YOU NEED

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in financial markets and structured product offerings
• Maximum of 1 year of full-time work experience (excluding internships)
• Knowledge of and interest in market making across stocks, ETFs, and leveraged products, including options trading and the use of warrants and mini-futures
• Demonstrated passion for trading, with a keen interest in financial markets and trading strategies
• Prior experience in financial markets is preferred (ideally in trading)
• Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High motivation, precision, and a structured work style
• Fluency in English and German
• Flexibility to work during European and U.S. market hours as needed

NICE TO HAVE

• VBA, Python, and SQL are a plus
