Graduate Program Manager (80–100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Further development of the program on a global scale in line with the bank’s strategy and business needs - Management of the entire graduate lifecycle (talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, rotation planning, development, and final placement) - Serve as a trusted coach and primary point of contact for graduates and department heads - Design, implement, and evaluate the learning curriculum for graduates and oversee HR-related processes and tasks - Plan and participate in university outreach activities, representing Julius Baer as an employer of choice - Serve as the key contact, leading, promoting, and communicating the graduate program to internal and external stakeholders - Continuously monitor and evaluate the program’s progress, proposing and implementing improvements regarding effectiveness and efficiency - Actively participate in other learning and development initiatives or projects of the Julius Baer Academy

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification in banking and finance, business administration, or education, teaching, or psychology
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience as a graduate program manager or in a similar HR/learning and development role within a global organization
• Proven expertise in talent development, learning journey design, curriculum development, and program management
• HR consulting and advisory skills, with a passion for supporting and guiding young talent on their career path
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with learning management systems is a plus
• Fluency in English and German (both spoken and written), as well as French or Italian, is a plus
