Graduate Program Manager (80–100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Further development of the global graduate program in line with the bank's strategy and business needs
• Management of the entire graduate lifecycle (talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, rotation planning, development, and final placement)
• Serves as a trusted coach and primary point of contact for graduates and department heads
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of the graduate training curriculum, as well as responsibility for HR-related processes and tasks
• Planning and participating in university marketing activities to position Julius Baer as an employer of choice
• Serve as the primary point of contact, promote the graduate program, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the program’s progress, and proposing and implementing improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
• Active participation in other learning and development initiatives or projects offered by the Julius Baer Academy

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification in banking and finance, business administration, or education, teaching, or psychology
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience as a graduate program manager or in a similar HR/learning and development role within a global organization
• Proven expertise in talent development, learning journey design, curriculum development, and program management
• HR consulting and advisory skills, with a passion for supporting and guiding young talent on their career path
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with learning management systems is a plus
• Fluency in English and German (both spoken and written), as well as French or Italian, is a plus
