GRADUATE TEST AUTOMATION

Job description

We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn, hard-working, and independent individual to join our growing QA/Financial Engineering team in Lisbon. As a graduate, you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic company dedicated to delivering value-added services in the field of investment products.

Tasks

You will be part of the project department and work very closely with the IT development and business analysis teams as well as our quality assurance experts. Your tasks will include:

• Performing regression tests on the Leonteq application landscape; from pricing to documentation
• Prepare new test plans with business analysts and test users
• Extend existing test plans with specifications for developers or by self-coding Python procedures.
• Be the central coordination point for the release sign-off process and collaborate with various Leonteq teams, including development, release management, and test automation teams

Requirements

You should:

• Have a background in science or engineering (MSc)
• Be interested in learning about financial markets and quality assurance
• Have an affinity for IT
• Have knowledge of Excel and/or Python
• Have a good level of English

Nice to have

It would be advantageous if you:

• Have knowledge of financial markets and products
• Knowledge of modeling for financial products
• Previous experience in IT software (coding, database queries) is required.
• Have relevant certifications in testing, IT, or finance
