Your challenge

• Technical responsibility for GTRATAS/CRS and Farben Tax Compliance for IFBG and IF Bank in the relevant regions
• Regular monitoring of GTRATAS/CRS and tax compliance for IFBG and IF Bank in the relevant areas
• Exclusion of IF Bank from tax claims as an FI reference entity
• Implementation of KYC processes as part of the onboarding, review, and excess order review processes
• KIS Certification
• Implementation and Monitoring of GTRATAS/CRS and Tax Compliance for Paint Facilities
• Implementation of ZUK Compliance for the Annual Report
• Assistance with the Supervisory Commission on Sales Tax
• Development and ongoing monitoring of implementation packages, guidelines, process descriptions, change requests, implementation considerations, and organizational structures

Requirements

• Multilingual professional experience in tax compliance (ZUK, FATCA, AML) and in supporting compliance processes (onboarding, tax compliance, and referrals)
• Analytics implementation teams and the benefits
• Excellent job knowledge and the ability to work independently and systematically are required for these positions: full teamwork in project-based roles is required and essential
• Fluent German, as well as good Arabic and written English skills
