Team Leader, Customer Service Center (m/f/d)

Raiffeisen is seeking a team leader for its Customer Service Center in St. Gallen who has experience in consulting and sales—ideally in the banking sector—as well as leadership skills and a very good command of German. The successful candidate will be part of the management team and will be responsible for leading a team at the Customer Service Center.

Tasks

Our Customer Service Center (KSC) handles 2 million customer contacts per year and operates at 5 locations in 3 languages. To strengthen our management team in German-speaking Switzerland at our St. Gallen location, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional with leadership skills and expertise in customer service and banking.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in consulting and sales, preferably in the banking sector
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience in human resources and business management (e.g., leadership training, a degree in business administration), ideally in the banking sector
  • A strong focus on customer service, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent German language skills (native speaker or equivalent)
