Tasks

  • Personnel and technical management of an operational team of 10-15 employees
  • Inclusive management of individual and collective performance
  • Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards in accordance with the defined specifications. By leading coaching and support to achieve the organizational goals
  • Introduction and implementation of concepts for dealing with operational issues
  • Identifying and introducing new employees and/or filling vacant positions
  • Active participation in daily operational tasks to support the team and ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Successfully completed business studies (UJM, FH, HF) or equivalent further training
  • At least three years of demonstrable experience in a comparable management position
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in banking, in particular in consulting and sales
  • High customer orientation combined with excellent communication skills in German
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
