Group Manager Customer Service Center (f/m/d)

Tasks

  • Personnel and technical management of an operational team of 10-15 employees, including management of indirect and direct services.
  • Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards, if necessary with delegated responsibility, e.g. management of coaching and editing processes to achieve organizational goals.
  • Development and implementation of concepts for processing operational topics for the realization of operational topics.
  • Identification and creation of new employee activities, e.g. in the area of communication and training.
  • Actively participate in daily challenges to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed business studies (university or university of applied sciences).
  • At least three years of demonstrable experience in a comparable management position.
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in banking, especially in consulting and sales, is an advantage.
  • High customer orientation combined with excellent communication skills in German.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex tasks.
