Tasks
- Personnel and technical management of an operational team of 10-15 employees, including management of indirect and direct services.
- Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards, if necessary with delegated responsibility, e.g. management of coaching and editing processes to achieve organizational goals.
- Development and implementation of concepts for processing operational topics for the realization of operational topics.
- Identification and creation of new employee activities, e.g. in the area of communication and training.
- Actively participate in daily challenges to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Successfully completed business studies (university or university of applied sciences).
- At least three years of demonstrable experience in a comparable management position.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in banking, especially in consulting and sales, is an advantage.
- High customer orientation combined with excellent communication skills in German.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex tasks.
