Group Leader, Records Management Systems (m/f/d)
As Group Leader for Records Management Systems at Raiffeisen Liechtenstein AG, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of the team as well as for project management in the areas of application management and development. Your focus will be on designing high-quality applications for the secure and efficient management of electronic documents in the banking industry.
Tasks
- Providing guidance and technical leadership to the Records Management group, including the use of outsourcing
- Project responsibility for the collection, monitoring, and oversight of strategic support for documentation activities
- Project Leadership for Application Management and Application Development
- Organization, Care Services, and Training, Coaching, and Consulting
- Ensuring active and enhanced documentation efforts through the design of high-quality applications (objectivity, reliability, performance, practicality, maintainability, and user-friendliness)
- Quality and stakeholder management related to these topics, in close coordination with relevant functional departments, customers, and stakeholders from risk management, superanalysis, product development, and architecture
