Training & Quality Team Leader (German/French) | m/f/d | 80–100%
Vaudoise is seeking a Training & Quality Team Leader (German/French) (80–100%) in Lausanne to lead a team in the personal insurance division and be responsible for ensuring high quality standards and the ongoing development of skills. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, and is fluent in German and French.
Tasks
- You will lead, support, and develop a team of trainers and specialists in the Training & Quality department.
- They organize the team’s activities, ensure optimal resource planning in line with the project’s operational plan, assist management in coordinating the training programs for the various units, and coordinate the training staff.
- They ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- They support the teams in implementing technical requirements and ensure that regulatory and organizational changes are carried out.
- You will continue to oversee quality control and monitoring activities, analyze results, and define improvement measures.
- Through your leadership, your professional expertise, and that of Vaudoise, you will ensure the continuous improvement of processes, services, and performance, and ensure the harmonization of professional work environments within the division.

Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent professional experience in the insurance, training, education, or management fields
- Several years of solid experience in the field of personal insurance, ideally in insurance management related to the UVG and/or disability and injury benefits
- German as a native language and a very good command of French (C1)
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to guide employees in a changing environment and bring out the best in them
- A strong interest in knowledge transfer and in the development or implementation of concepts
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A strong commitment to quality, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for collaborating with a diverse group of colleagues
- Natural leadership skills; a strong ability to understand and motivate people
- Proficiency in using digital tools, as well as an interest in digitalization and modern knowledge management
