Tasks

Manage the broker account managers assigned to you, support their professional development, and identify training needs within the Broker/Partner Active environment
Developing Relationships with Our Broker Partners and Sales Representatives
Actively develop and maintain customer relationships with the brokers and partners they serve, and support the expansion of those relationships
Conducting consultations and ensuring that inquiries are handled professionally
Actively establishing and maintaining customer relationships with the brokers/partners they support, and assisting in the expansion of those relationships
Responsibility for customer acquisition and development in the brokerage market
Responsibility for the administration and planning of various tasks
Supporting relationships with our broker partners and sales representatives
