Your new job
- Ensuring efficient and professional processing for our banking customers in the Group (Basler Kantonalbank and Bank Cler), such as account openings, e-banking, rental savings accounts or card evaluation
- Sharing responsibility for the strategic direction of the Group and developing the Group's structure, processes and specialist areas in a future-oriented manner
- Supporting and promoting employees as role models and innovators
- Work closely with the specialist departments (Sales) and other internal departments such as Compliance to exert a positive and lasting influence on efficiency, costs and quality with suitable measures through dialog at eye level
