Job description

We are looking for an experienced leader for the IT help desk. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and developing the IT help desk.

What you bring with you

  • You have a basic degree in computer science or a comparable degree
  • Approximately 8 years of experience in IT support or IT service management, including at least 3 years in a comparable industry
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and network environments, as well as basic knowledge of IT security
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment, as well as at least 2 years of leadership or project management experience in the IT field
  • You are a proactive, dynamic, and thoughtful person who communicates in a way that is tailored to your audience and takes a solution-oriented approach
