Group Leader, Daily Sickness Benefits (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You provide your employees with technical support and advice on the dossiers.
• You organize and coordinate the work of your group: conducting team meetings, one-on-one meetings, planning negotiations, etc.
• You actively participate in cadence meetings and work closely with the department head and other group leaders.
• You train your employees (8-10 people) and ensure that treatment guidelines are applied correctly.
• You plan, organize, and monitor the work of your team's high-performance stables and actively participate in improving and simplifying processes.
• You will independently and proactively handle some of the claims in your own customer portfolio (from the moment they are opened, in close cooperation with medical examiners and our care managers).
• You maintain regular contact with partners, insurers, employers, and service providers.

Your profile

• Professional certificate in insurance or equivalent training
• Proven and extensive experience in the field of daily sickness benefits
• Leadership personality with experience in team management and decisiveness
• Very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Confident use of standard IT tools (MS Office)
