Group Manager Claims German-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d) 80-100%Tasks
- Taking responsibility for your team's performance and ensuring that operational goals are achieved
- Ensuring a high-quality, customer-oriented claims handling process—even in complex cases
- Active contribution of technical expertise
- Creating clear structures, organizing processes efficiently, and promoting targeted employee development
- Developing the further development of your division with your team by participating in strategic and operational workshops
Requirements
- Federal certificate in insurance or at least equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the claims sector
- Leadership role, ideally with previous experience managing a team and making decisions
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office)
- Native language German, knowledge of French an advantage
