- Shaping the future of claims processing with heart, mind and team spirit
- Taking responsibility for the performance of the team and ensuring the achievement of operational goals
- Ensuring customer-oriented, cost-conscious claims processing - even in complex cases
- Contribution of technical know-how
- Creation of clear structures, efficient organization of processes and targeted employee development
- Offer respectful interaction, a positive working atmosphere and further development of the division
- Participation in strategic and operational workshops
Requirements
- Federal certificate in insurance or at least equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the claims area
- Management function, ideally already leading a team and making decisions
- Mastery of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Native German speaker, knowledge of French an advantage
